We collect information that you provide directly to us, information we obtain automatically when you use the Platform, and information from third-party sources.

Information you provide directly

  • Account registration details: name, email address, phone number, and password
  • Organisation details: farm name, business registration number, and address
  • Farm data: field boundaries, crop allocations, delivery notes, and invoice information
  • Payment information: billing address and payment method details (processed securely through our payment provider)
  • Communications: messages sent through our support channels or feedback forms

Information collected automatically

  • Device information: browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, click patterns
  • Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs
  • Location data: approximate location based on IP address (we do not collect precise GPS data)

Information from third parties

  • Authentication providers: when you sign in via Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email address
  • Accounting integrations: when you connect Xero, we access invoice and contact data as authorised by you

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain data for a longer period.

Aggregated, anonymised data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and platform improvement purposes.
